Cloudy on purpose, not by accident.
Why it is cloudy
Witbier contains a large share of unmalted wheat. Those proteins stay suspended and make the beer opaque. It is the defining feature, not a fault.
Coriander and orange peel
The classic spicing, borrowed from the Belgian tradition. It gives the citrus note you smell before you taste.
The slice of lemon
Many bars add one. Purists leave it out, because it drowns the coriander.
The glass
A thick six-sided glass, rinsed cold. A warm glass collapses the head immediately.
