Why wrong
Because the ratio is the reverse of what was once considered normal: more milk than coffee. The word is not a judgement on quality, though it sounds like one.
Not a latte
A latte is espresso with steamed milk and foam. Koffie verkeerd is filter coffee with hot milk and no foam layer. Cafés serving it as a latte are serving something else.
The size
A large glass or mug, not a small cup. It belongs to breakfast or the afternoon rather than a quick shot.
The biscuit
In the Netherlands a biscuit comes with the coffee as standard. One, not two, and visitors notice.
