Zwolle sits on the edge: this is where the eierbal starts appearing on menus. Further south nobody knows it, further north it is taken for granted.

Hard sweets with herbal extract, an old town product still sold in a few shops.

The main eating street, with restaurants in old buildings. More compact than in larger cities and easy to walk.
