Those proteins stay suspended and make the beer opaque. It is the defining feature, not a fault.<\/p>\n<h2>Coriander and orange peel<\/h2>\n<p>The classic spicing, borrowed from the Belgian tradition. It gives the citrus note you smell before you taste.<\/p>\n<h2>The slice of lemon<\/h2>\n<p>Many bars add one. Purists leave it out, because it drowns the coriander.<\/p>\n<h2>The glass<\/h2>\n<p>A thick six-sided glass, rinsed cold.
