The shift from industry to hospitality is visible in the architecture.<\/p>\n<h2>Worstenbroodjes<\/h2>\n<p>Brabant food, so ordinary here. Bakeries sell them all day and the good ones sell out by afternoon.<\/p>\n<h2>The Stratumseind<\/h2>\n<p>The longest bar street in the Netherlands, with dozens of caf\u00e9s in a few hundred metres. More beer than food, by design.<\/p>\n<h2>Carnival in Lampegat<\/h2>\n<p>During carnival Eindhoven is called Lampegat.
