A large choux bun with cream, entirely coated in chocolate. In Den Bosch it is a chocoladebol, and the word tells you who is local.
Carnival

Trappist
Both Dutch Trappist breweries lie in Brabant: Koningshoeven near Tilburg and Zundert. Both have tasting rooms.

Invented here in the 1950s. The precise story is unclear, but the province claims it fairly.
